Charles Botts, III our owner and principal, is a nationally recognized speaker and subject matter expert in workforce development. Charles has had a very diverse professional career, working in both the corporate and non-profit sectors. In addition to his corporate marketing and community development experience, Charles also coached college football while working as a college administrator. Charles has a passion for professional development, personal empowerment and uncovering hidden potential. As a natural motivator and public speaker, he leverages his more than 10 years of coaching and advising experience to connect with our customers.
Rachel T. Botts
Managing Partner
Rachel has a analytical mind and talent for building strategic coalitions. She brings a rich background of performance management and data solutions expertise to our firm. She specializes in developing strategic relationships to improve enterprise performance. Rachel has nearly a decade of leadership in both the non-profit and municipal government sectors with a focus in the areas of contract and project management. Rachel keeps us organized, efficient and effective. She also has one of the biggest hearts when it comes to serving and developing emerging leaders.
